Deirdre has a degree in Chemistry and a CIM Marketing Diploma. She is a self-confessed ‘podcast-nerd’ and alongside being a consultant, trainer and investor, Deirdre co-founded STEM Untapped CIC and oversees the operations

Untapped Innovation Partner and Co-Founder
Sally is a Chemistry with German graduate and has travelled the world throughout her career.

Suzanne
Untapped Innovation Partner and Co-Founder
Suzanne is a creative and analytical thinker with a degree in Natural Sciences and a PhD in Chemistry. Suzanne co-founded STEM Untapped CIC and oversees the operations.
Meg
Partnerships, Community Engagement & Content Manager
Meg manages the partnerships and community outreach with a focus on building meaningful relationships and creating an engaged, inclusive community. She works collaboratively to develop authentic experiences that bring people together, encourage connection and create opportunities for young people to feel inspired and represented.
Tanita
Graphic Designer
Tanita is a graphic designer who has worked for Untapped Innovation for over 6 years. She designs everything for STEM Untapped’s website, newsletters and social media.

Finance Manager
Tina’s role entails ensuring the smooth running of all administrative, IT and finance systems required to keep the partnership running as efficiently as possible.
