Nicole

Nicole is a current university student studying Economics and Data Science, pushing the idea of STEM into STEAM through the incorporation of both a STEM subject and Social Science.

Her journey in STE(A)M started just after high school when she started coding. The opportunity wasn’t offered to her at GCSE level, so she took matters into her own hands to expand her creativity.

As an interdisciplinary person, Nicole is making sure she has many doors open to her in the future. Besides her degree helping her to do that, she enjoys dabbling into the world of fashion and Education. With the bountiful opportunities in Data Science, she looks forward to what avenue she will end up taking.

Closing the barrier between the personal and professional parts of her, she uses one social media account to post opportunities and her experiences in the world of STE(A)M for students all over the world, predominantly the UK, US and Canada, encouraging social change for better inclusivity in STE(A)M and leadership confidence in younger generations.

Nicole enjoys reading, hiking, pilates, playing instruments, and journaling to enrich her mind and body outside of learning.
